Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access QR Generator at qrgenerator.cc or use its QR creation, scanning, account and hosted-content features. By using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use the service for an organization, you are responsible for having authority to do so. Our privacy policy describes the information processed by the service.

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the content you choose to save or publish.

Contact support@qrgenerator.cc if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords or sign-in tokens in a support message.

You retain rights to content you provide, including text, links, logos and images. You must have permission to use that content and to share any personal information it contains.

By saving or publishing content, you allow the service to store, process, display and deliver it as needed to provide the requested features. Hosted QR pages and artwork can be accessible to people who have the corresponding link or code.

You are responsible for the accuracy and safety of destinations, contact details, network credentials and other encoded information. A QR code does not itself provide access control, encryption or confirmation that a destination is safe.

• Do not create or distribute codes for phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation or other unlawful activity.
• Do not publish content that infringes someone else’s rights or exposes personal information without authorization.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or overload its systems.
• Do not use hosted forms or QR destinations to collect information deceptively.

Test every code before printing or distributing it. Check the final size, contrast, surrounding space and destination on the devices your audience is likely to use. We cannot guarantee that every design or printed version will scan in every situation.

Static QR codes contain fixed information. Updating that information usually requires generating and distributing a new code. Hosted or tracked QR links depend on the service and the linked destination remaining available.

Keep copies of important content and exported artwork. Availability, features and storage may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

QR codes may open websites or services operated by other people. Those destinations are outside our control and are subject to their own terms. Inspect unfamiliar links before opening them and use your judgment before sharing information.

Connected sign-in, hosting and analytics services support parts of the application. Their availability and behavior may affect the features that rely on them.

Feature availability and any applicable prices or limits are shown with the relevant offer. If a paid feature is offered, review the price, billing period and any cancellation or refund terms presented before completing a purchase.

These terms do not by themselves establish a subscription, recurring charge, refund promise or service-level guarantee. Contact support if the terms shown for a particular offer are unclear.

The QR Generator name, interface and original service assets remain subject to their owners’ intellectual property rights. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those assets to you.

Your rights in your own content are unchanged. QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QR Generator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access to content or an account may be restricted if it is used in violation of these terms or to protect the service and its users. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date is shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to any rights or notice requirements under applicable law.
